Let’s start with our bodies. The heart uses energy for blood circulation, lungs – for breathing and so on, but our brain uses energy for information management. According to some scientific opinions, the human mind uses about 1,200 Kcal daily. It’s approximately half of the total energy of the body. In other words, the mind requires more energy than any other organ. The more information we receive, the more energy our mind spends. Thus, significant mental pressure is equal to high energy spending pressure.
Thanks to Care from Mother Nature, we have more or fewer energy reserves at the beginning of our life. We can withstand and tolerate any harmful influence when we have enough of the energy back up. Bad times come when we have depleted this resource. In this case, the brain (because it is the main part of our body) takes the energy away from the weak systems in our body in order to restore the necessary power.
Their unstable moodiness and negativity usually result in a bad relationship with relatives and friends, lessen good influence on other people. It may also cause the loss of a job. Energy deficiency causes the usual work to be harder, it takes longer to complete a job, it decreases the quality of the final product (file size, bugs, links, etc.). The next problem caused by working with computers is exposure to electromagnetic fields. Even grounded computer equipment produces electromagnetic fields around it. Somebody could say that those fields are low in intensity and cannot hurt, but in reality, the biological processes of the body are more sensitive precisely to weak electromagnetic fields, rather than to the strong ones.
Solutions: turn on the radio to any station on SW or LW band, then slowly bring the radio to the parts of your computer system (monitor, computer, etc.). Notice at what distance the noise is appearing on the radio – for more safety your body should not be closer to the computer than this noise distance. It would be better to add a special grounded screensaver for your monitor. You, probably, will also need to ground your body at some period of time (metal water tubes, faucet or special surge protector with a grounded metal plate, etc.
Switch to an easy project and than come back to the difficult one.

If you are not a smoker – avoid taking a break in a company of people smoking. According to some scientific studies, mind productivity of nonsmoking people is decreased in cigarette smoke clouds.
